First light image from my new PGR Scorpion camera... the solar disk, tinted to show the structures of the chromosphere, and some backyard foliage seen the wavelengths of infrared light. You can zoom into the prominence at the top of the disk. This image was featured as NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day on November 4, 2009.
